It is five minutes drive from the picturesque seaside town of Aberdovey with its superb golden sandy beaches and five minutes away from Tywyn, home of the Talyllyn Railway - the historic narrow-gauge steam railway which runs through this beautiful part of mid-Wales. Tywyn has two supermarkets and a variety of shops including a laundromat. A market is held every Monday during the summer.
